Graphic Design - Design of the poster for Alexa Karolinski's movie "Oma & Bella" which premiered at the Berlinale in February 2012.
- "Oma and Bella is an intimate portrait of two elderly Jewish women in Berlin with humor, powerful stories, and a deep fondness for good food. As the documentary follows them through their daily lives, a portrait emerges of two Holocaust survivors who stayed in Germany. They answer questions of heritage, memory and identity, ultimately, through the re-creation of the sumptuous foods from their childhood. This film, made by Oma's granddaughter, Alexa Karolinski, follows them as they struggle to retain a part of their past while being very much engaged in the present."

Middlecott Sketchbattle 2013
A party held at Kunsthalle Museum, Detroit, with sponsors; Middlecott, Quality Metal Craft (QMC) and Stala Universe. Designers came together to battle it out using their creative juices as weapons. Middlecott Design did the graphics for the event and helped out on the exhibit design. The Middlecott Sketchbattle Experiment is an annual event that works in conjunction with the Detroit Auto Show (NAIAS).

Redesign of a Commercial Aircraft
Commercial aviation is a rapidly growing market, all forecasts are estimating at least a one hundred percent increase in the number of flights by 2030, and fuel prices are constantly on the rise. As today’s fuel prices climb, airlines become less profitable, air fares go up and airlines are closer to the profitability tipping point. As a result airlines are making major cutbacks, (e.g. passengers are losing comfort and legroom).
The new airplanes (e.g. the Boeing 787) are designed in the safe “Pipe-and-Wings” form. This configuration is at its limit of incremental optimization. This is where the Aerocruiser comes in.
Unlike current designs, my design reduces fuel costs by an estimated 30%, enables a significant extended range of destinations and landing terrains, shortens turnover time and provides improved passenger comfort and experience. I designed, integrated and optimized the aircraft by working closely with aeronautical analysis engineers from NEVO Analysis Consulting Group, and revisited all aspects of the design and use from the ground up: structure, technologies, scenario of use, materials, and propulsion systems. pleas contact me for further information and use. 2012 Automotive Design, Digital Art, Industrial Design -
